Dr. Bo Rosenkull is a Professor of Singing and Singing Pedagogy at the Royal Academy of Music (KMH) in Stockholm. He is also a Professor of Dramatic Performance with a specialization in Music-Dramatic Singing at the Academy of Music and Drama (HSM) at Gothenburg University. Currently, Bo is the president of Voice Teachers of Sweden and Vice President on the executive board of the European Voice Teachers Association.
He is a sought-after singing pedagogue and has held masterclasses at music- and opera-universities in; South Africa (Cape Town, Potchefstroom and Stellenbosch), Azerbaijan, Seychelles, Netherlands, Turkey, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Norway, Italy and Sweden.


As a singer he has sung over 1,500 performances as a principal artist for; the Royal Opera Stockholm, Folkoperan Stockholm, Gothenburg Opera, Malmö Opera, Riksteatern, Norrlandsoperan, Reginateatern and more. Furthermore,  Bo has worked as a choir conductor and music teacher in primary and secondary school. He is the author and composer of the book Come and sing! (Sjung igång!) In 2023, he received his doctorate at NWU in South Africa.

The Laban Malmgren Technique (LMT) is a method used to train actors. The ideas on which the technique is based are a coalescence of ideas derived from the works of Rudolf Laban, William Carpenter, Yat Malmgren, Konstantin Stanislavski and Carl Jung.
