Fascia 101 For Singers
with Jeremy Mossman
Thursday 22nd September 2022 at 5-7pm BST

One reason tension issues persist is because we address them in ways that are based on presumptions about our body that aren’t turning out to be true!

Fascia is the real unsung hero of all that we do – let’s sing its praises together!

Move beyond stubborn tensions in a non-invansive way and start dialoguing with the body’s sentient architecture.

Come prepared with questions!

This workshop will be interactive.

In this 120-minute workshop you will learn:

-Fascia basics and the important shift from ‘musculo-skeletal’ to ‘myofascial’ systems

-Updates on stretching science

-The real meaning of anatomy

-An introduction to biotensegrity

-Hands-on ways to work with your own fascia (that are easily teachable)

If you would like a certificate of attendance for this event, please send us an email.
