Celebrating World Voice Day 2023!

Monday 17th April 2023

The Transient Theory of Human Voice Production was hosted by Dr. Julian Chen on Sunday 16th April 2023.

This free-to-attend lecture was organised in celebration of World Voice Day, which is acknowledged across the globe, the main goal being to increase awareness of voice and voice issues.

During the lecture, experimental output and the timbron theory of human voice production were presented in an easy-to-understand graphical format. Dr. Chen then went on answer questions from course attendees.

We are pleased that over 300 voice professionals signed up for the event!

The two presentations can be watched below:

We're very grateful to Dr. Chen for sharing these with us!

On Friday 26th May 2023 Dr. Ingo Titze and Dr. Brad Story will deliver a follow up to our World Voice Day course, which aims to complement that presentation with some additional perspectives. Please click here for more information.
