MA Voice Pedagogy student Emily Lowe to present at upcoming NATS National Conference in Knoxville

Friday 16th February 2024

We are delighted to report that current MA Voice Pedagogy student Emily Lowe has been accepted for a poster paper presentation at the upcoming 58th NATS National Conference, which is to be held at the Knoxville Convention Center in Knoxville, Tennessee from 28th June – 2nd July 2024!

Emily’s poster - Gender-Inclusive voice lessons: Can we do better? - explores how small adaptions can be made to teaching spaces to make pupils feel seen, respected, safe and welcome and feel a sense of ‘ambient belonging’ before they even start working with their voice. On Monday 1st July, Emily will deliver a short introductory presentation before being stood with her poster for a two-hour period of discussion. You can find out more about it here.

Congratulations, Emily!
