In-Person Event - The Signature Sound: Friend Or Foe? Balancing Authenticity And Vocal Health

Wednesday 21st June 2023, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (London Time)

Fee: £95.00 including lunch

Within this workshop, Kerrie will explore how to find a signature sound and consider important issues relating to maintaining artistic integrity.

Authenticity will be explored as an expandable palette enabling artistic identity to flex and grow. When a signature sound recruits a narrow range of vocal configurations, vocal health and muscle tension implications can become an issue.

Through endoscopic videos, we will examine issues around balancing vocal health and artistry, enabling the signature sound to flourish rather than restrict the creative process.
