Chih-Heng Liao, also known as Jee-Heng Liao, is a Taiwan-based bilingual performer and choreographer, as well as a coach in acting, voice, movement, and yoga (RYT 200).
Training: Guildford School of Acting (MA Musical Theatre with Distinction), American Musical and Dramatic Academy (Musical Theatre Diploma), National Taiwan University of Arts (BA Acting).
As a teacher, he is currently an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Theatre Arts at National Sun Yat-sen University and a vocal coach at Enjoy Records Inc., one of Taiwan’s leading record companies. He has conducted master classes and workshops for major organizations such as National Taichung Theatre, Quanta Arts Foundation, Taipei Music Centre, and TVBS.
As an actor, his favourite credits include performances in the U.S. National Tour of The King and I, the Off-Broadway production of Anything Goes, new musical Romance of the Western Chamber at TADA! Theatre, and Thoroughly Modern Millie at the Wold Arts Centre. He has also appeared in numerous theatrical productions and films in both New York and Taiwan.
