Karel Mc Intosh is a communication performance strategist, executive team coach, and public speaking practitioner based in Trinidad and Tobago. With more than 20 years of experience developing leaders, teams, and professionals across the Caribbean, her work sits at the intersection of communication, performance, voice, and relational intelligence.
She is the Founder of Livewired Group, a communication and team development practice. Her work integrates evidence-informed approaches to vocal pedagogy, embodied communication, and speaker presence, with a particular interest in how voice shapes influence, leadership, and relational connection.
Her goal is to cultivate communication that is strategic and deeply human. Her current practices focus on team communication, team emotional intelligence, and helping coaches, leaders, and professionals to amplify their voices to create meaningful conversations and stronger connections.
She holds an MSc Corporate Communication (Distinction) from Thames Valley University (now The University of West London). She is a credentialed ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation, a certified executive and team coach, and is certified in assessments for emotional intelligence, personality science, decision making, agility, and leadership climate, among other areas.
Through her learning with Voice Study Centre, Karel continues to explore the role of voice as an instrument of expression and a catalyst for personal, professional, and collective transformation.
