With roots in Ukraine and wings that span continents, soprano and multi-instrumentalist Lyudmyla Heath possesses a rich musical background. Lyudmyla’s talent blossomed as she pursued an Honors degree in Choir Conducting at Stellenbosch University. Guided by the esteemed German choral conductor Martin Berger, she set the stage for her future accomplishments. Under the guidance of the Durban-born soprano Lauren Dasappa, Lyudmyla completed a Master’s degree in Singing Performance at the very same institution that has witnessed her artistic crescendo. 

Over the course of her professional career, she has had the privilege of imparting musical knowledge to students spanning diverse age groups and skill levels. Her teaching philosophy centres on the transformative power of music, aiming to create an environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. Through positive feedback and encouragement, Lyudmyla is dedicated to helping students explore their musical identity and voice. Her journey is a melody of exploration and learning, echoing the very essence of music itself. She is thrilled to bring her passion, expertise, and unwavering commitment to musical education. Her goal is to ignite a love for music that extends beyond mere lessons.

Beyond the classroom, she has directed choirs and ensembles, producing memorable Easter and Christmas productions. These endeavours showcase not only her artistic sensibilities but also her capacity to inspire and guide others in their artistic pursuits. Moreover, her musical journey has taken her beyond national borders. Her remarkable talents in singing, piano, composition, arrangement, and choir conducting have taken her around the globe, including Canada, South Africa, Belgium, the Netherlands, Seychelles, Namibia, Bavaria, and Indonesia.
