Matthew Pugh is a clinical psychologist, researcher, international trainer and Chairwork practitioner. He has worked in mental health settings for over 15 years, including NHS and private organisations.
Matthew is the co-director of chairwork.co.uk alongside Tobyn Bell, and the author of Cognitive Behavioural Chairwork: Distinctive Features. He is the lead content developer for Psychology Tools, a Teaching Fellow with University College London (UCL), and a tutor with Henley Business School.

'Chairwork' represents a collection of experiential methods that use drama, movement and dialogue to bring about change. This experiential workshop will introduce you to the basic ideas or ‘pillars’ underlying Chairwork.
