Level One Certificate in Accents and Phonetics with Joseph Griffiths-Bloor and Louisa Morgan
This course is best suited to spoken voice coaches, acting coaches, singing teachers, and other health professionals who work with voice within a professional context, who are new to phonetics and accent/dialect work. This beginner's course is aimed at those who need a foundation knowledge of articulatory, acoustic and auditory phonetics as well as methods of approaching accent/dialect coaching in order to be able to start adding these tools to their teaching.

A separate level two course will be available to those wishing to take a more advanced course or for those who have already taken the level one course.

Assessment
The course will culminate in an accent assessment that must be completed to receive the ITOL Certification.
For the assessment you will complete a multiple-choice quiz on phonetics, as well as create a devised lesson plan demonstrating your understanding of the course content.
