An Introduction to VoceVista

If you want to use VoceVista software (https://www.sygyt.com/en/products/) but are struggling with how to get started, this introductory session will get you oriented and ready to go!
We will cover how to use the programme to visualise various aspects of the singing voice in real time. We will listen to sound samples and explore how to how to analyse lesson, rehearsal, practice, or performance recordings.
This will be a judgment-free zone; I am looking forward to answering all your burning VoceVista how-to questions from a studio teacher’s perspective. I aim to move you from tech-hesitant to tech-enthusiastic before you jump into any additional acoustics scaffolding concepts.

Join Dr. Tish Oney for this interactive short course and learn about the history and principles of this important method of music education. Through the employ of Dalcroze movements and concepts, singers and teachers explore music in ways that can reduce tension and increase the fun of music making, while encouraging discovery of technical and theoretical skill-building practices.
