In this workshop, we will discuss the concept of jaw tension from multiple perspectives.
Why complicate a simple problem?
There are no simple problems, as everyone’s issues come from various factors.
We will unpack some possible underlying problems contributing to jaw tension and work the participant through self-interventions to remediate these concerns.
