This short course is an introduction to topics relating to performance psychology which are covered in the MA in Performance Coaching.
This session is designed to give prospective students and otherwise interested educators or performance professionals an opportunity to explore an array of topics relating to the aspects of wellbeing, psychology, and performance anxiety that performing artists (dancers, actors, singers, and musicians) may experience throughout their career and its development.
